The Fitness Pilates classes are an excellent tool to improve your overall flexibility and strength and improve your posture. A good posture is the basis of a healthy back and it’s the only way to achieve a good fitness level.
These classes subtly but effectively lengthen muscles that are pulling your joints out of their proper working range. When this happens then life can become a struggle as you find it difficult to stand for long periods without back pain and you may notice that it becomes harder to get your underwear on!
If you play a sport such as tennis or golf, or run for other fitness goals then you could be putting a great strain on your joints which can lead to tennis/golfers elbow, slow running times and your general recovery will be much slower than if you were balanced and stretch and toned in the right places.
