I’ve been absent for a while as I’ve been putting together the dates for the new Bootcamp.

I’ve also signed up to Dax Moy’s Elimination Diet to supercharge my energy levels as life has been pretty hectic.

I hope you are enjoying the Pilates classes – I am introducing some new workouts – Tabata training – these are intense short routines which really add a different twist to the class…. if you haven’t experienced them yet then you won’t have to wait very long!!
