Pilates Fitness West Sussex offers personal training sessions with Pilates exercises being the main focus, to tone, stretch and strengthen weak muscles and to re-align any muscle imbalances.
Whilst a lot of Personal Trainers will focus on the major muscle groups I work from the inside out. This means you become stronger in your core which helps increase your overall strength, muscle tone, flexibility and not forgetting, strengthening your most important muscle – your heart.
Because the programmes I use for working with my private clients are bespoke, easy to follow and 100% proven to get results I need you to be able to commit yourself fully before embarking on a training programme with me.
I only want to train those of you who can commit to achieving your goal and are willing to be accountable in reaching your results. I will give you 100% commitment and push you hard to get your results (within your capabilities) but you need to take your participation as seriously as I do.
This is not meant to sound bossy or conceited, I just feel strongly that I shouldn’t be taking your money if you’re not ready to fully commit to the programme I build for you.
As a Personal Trainer I have high standards and I won’t work with just anybody. If you want to become a client of Pilates Fitness West Sussex you must be willing to do the following:
- Engage in a training programme and be willing to do all home workouts given.
- If weight loss is your goal, you must follow the nutritional advice given WITHOUT DEVIATION for at least the first 30 days.
- Put forth 100% effort and commitment and maintain a ‘CAN DO’ attitude toward attaining your goals.
- Exercise should be challenging but fun – so a good sense of humour goes a long way!
