A continual programme is going to keep you on track and you know that with all aspects of health and fitness including strength, energy levels and aerobic fitness you need to remain motivated to keep the results. You love working out in the great outdoors in a Bootcamp environment and enjoy the camaraderie when exercising with likeminded people.
You realize that your weight has steadily crept on even though you’ve tried various diets, but you just don’t seem to have been able to stick to it on your own. This is zapping your confidence and you want to feel at your best looking toned and energetic but you just don’t know where to start especially as you only have a couple of months to sort this out.
