Along with the basic Pilates exercises I will show you techniques that will quickly relieve neck pain, back ache and bad postural habits.
Sometimes you need to release tight muscles before you can begin to work on strengthening those that are inhibited by tight, strained muscles that are pulling your posture out of alignment. There is no point in simply exercising muscles that are already in the wrong position and are already putting a strain on your joints. You need to learn how to understand your body and be able to recognize when you are exacerbating a problem rather than relieving it.
The Regan Method is a mixture of exercises and cutting-edge techniques which not only work on your muscles and joints but also on the fascia, which is a type of webbing that surrounds your whole body and can damage the joints if it is out of sync and if it is not properly addressed.
