Hi there
For all of you who feel the need to get warm and start towards your fitness goals for 2010 I have uploaded a brilliant 10 minute workout for you to try in the comfort of your own home.
As I haven’t been able to get out to film any workouts I chosen an easy one for you which you can repeat several times to start burning off those extra Christmas calories which may have crept on!
Have fun and remember to stick to your level and drink plenty of water throughout.
