You want to completely change your body shape in as little as 30 days and then you want to build on that making healthy living, healthy eating and ‘through the roof’ energy and confidence, part of your everyday experience.

A continual programme is going to keep you on track and you know that with all aspects of health and fitness including strength, energy levels and aerobic fitness you need to remain motivated to keep the results. You love working out in the great outdoors in a Bootcamp environment and enjoy the camaraderie when exercising with likeminded people.

You have a very special occasion coming up and you want to look your best. You need to lose a stone (or more) and sort out your posture.

You realize that your weight has steadily crept on even though you’ve tried various diets, but you just don’t seem to have been able to stick to it on your own. Discover what Bootcamp is all about

As you know I run my bootcamps and I realise that the name scares some people off so I wanted to give you a chance to find out what it’s all about.

Set a date in your diary for 2nd Feburary 10 – 11 am

I’m hosting a ¾ hour talk on why you need to put nutrition at the top of the pile in the weight loss hierarchy.  I’ll tell you why you’re not able to lose those last few stubborn pounds.

Also joining me are a panel of 5 volunteers who have given up their time to tell you what sort of results you can expect and what you need to do to transform your life with the most amount of fun.

Fittleworth Village Hall Saturday 2nd Feburary 10 – 11 am
