You want to stop the ageing process and defy the effects of gravity on your body in the next 30 days but you’re not sure what to do. You have a small amount of weight to lose (around a stone, or more) but you hate dieting and know you’ll simply put it all back on once you stop.

You want to completely change your body shape in as little as 30 days and then you want to build on that making healthy living, healthy eating and ‘through the roof’ energy and confidence, part of your everyday experience.

A continual programme is going to keep you on track and you know that with all aspects of health and fitness including strength, energy levels and aerobic fitness you need to remain motivated to keep the results. You love working out in the great outdoors in a Bootcamp environment and enjoy the camaraderie when exercising with likeminded people.

You have a very special occasion coming up and you want to look your best. You need to lose a stone (or more) and sort out your posture.

You realize that your weight has steadily crept on even though you’ve tried various diets, but you just don’t seem to have been able to stick to it on your own. This is zapping your confidence and you want to feel at your best looking toned and energetic but you just don’t know where to start especially as you only have a couple of months to sort this out.

You want to get rid of aches and pains and feel fitter and stronger. You want a fun exercise class that deals with your posture and relieves you of your backache.

Even bending down to put on your underwear is a bit of a chore, which was never a problem in the past. You want to be shown how to strengthen your tummy and core muscles.

    My name is Julie Regan and I have been teaching Pilates for 7 years.  I teach 4 main disciplines:

    MAT BASED PILATES which will improve your posture, help you to gain overall toning and give you a more stream-lined body using the basic Pilates technique

    MEN ONLY PILATES CLASSES where the title speaks for itself!  I currently run two specific classes for men only.

    FITNESS PILATES integrating a mix of Pilates exercises with modern research and updated techniques – an easy to follow fun class – ideal for any healthy adult, even if you have never done Pilates before.

    ONE-TO-ONE AND SMALL PRIVATE GROUPS making each session bespoke to your needs – all in the comfort of your own home.
