My name is Julie Regan and I have been teaching Pilates for 7 years. I teach 4 main disciplines:
MAT BASED PILATES which will improve your posture, help you to gain overall toning and give you a more stream-lined body using the basic Pilates technique
MEN ONLY PILATES CLASSES where the title speaks for itself! I currently run two specific classes for men only.
FITNESS PILATES integrating a mix of Pilates exercises with modern research and updated techniques – an easy to follow fun class – ideal for any healthy adult, even if you have never done Pilates before.
ONE-TO-ONE AND SMALL PRIVATE GROUPS making each session bespoke to your needs – all in the comfort of your own home.
