To join one of the Regan Method Pilates classes you will need to have previous Pilates experience or book in for a private session to learn the basic principles before attending.
This ensures that you are fully familiar with the Pilates principles and get the absolute best out of your workouts and it also gives us a comprehensive understanding of your current fitness level and ability.
All Pilates classes are held in 6-week terms and need to be booked and paid for in advance. The numbers within each class is limited to allow for a safe and effective programme which is suited to your needs. Classes are held in Fittleworth, Petworth & Pulborough.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is Pilates For You?
Most people can practice Pilates safely in a class situation but general classes are aimed at a general healthy body. Specific conditions may need a special programme so a class in this instance may not be the best option ie if you recently had a slipped disc/disc bulge within the past 12 months. This is why we insist on speaking to you before you attend one of the classes.
What Do I Need to Bring to a Class?
You will need to wear comfortable but fitted clothing where possible – layers are a good idea and socks. Bring your own mat too and I suggest one that has at least a 6mm depth for comfort.
What Do I Need to do if I have an Injury or Medical Condition?
For your safety and peace of mind, get permission from your doctor or medical practitioner prior to any Pilates sessions. If a specialist practitioner refers you, please feel free to give my details should they wish to contact me or alternatively I can contact them if more convenient.
What happens if I need to cancel a session?
If you have prepaid for a 6-week term you can make up the missed session within the same term at another class – numbers permitting.
