This is the first step to making a long-term commitment to your health and wellbeing. I find that most people find it very hard to ‘go it alone’ when they are trying to maintain their fitness levels and eating a healthy nutritious diet but with this programme you will be working with likeminded people who will help you all the way.
The programme consists of 3 Regan Method Fat Loss Bootcamps and just to confirm the dates:
11th September – 4th October
9th October – 1st November
20th November – 13th December
Each Bootcamp is held, as usual, on Tuesday and Thursday evenings 6.30 – 7.15am outside.
This now means that you have sorted out your fitness regime until the final run-up to Christmas so you’ll be in a great place to begin your guilt-free partying !!!
