For the past 2 years, Julie has been writing a monthly column as the expert Pilates Coach for the local Observer Newspaper under the ‘Life Style’ section.
Each month she tackles a different problem relating to Pilates, fitness and nutrition giving out exercise advice and helping people to sort out basic postural problems with easy homework to do and helping with weight management and fat loss advice.
The Observer is part of the Sussex Newspapers company having more than 100 editorial staff across East and West Sussex and their papers are read by more than 500,000 people a week.
