Aerobic exercise is ESSENTIAL to any Health & Fitness program.  Fat Burning exercises help to burn body fat and use body fat as fuel, helping to lose weight fast.

To burn fat you must include some form of aerobic exercise – also known as cardiovascular exercise.  You will need a pair of trainers, a bottle of water and if you have weights, you could also bring these along 1k, 3k, 5k, or ‘go-for-it’ 10k !!
